Circle Stop is colorful and evasive lightning in an iOS bottle

For those who ride the subway, finding new games compatible with straphanging can be tough. Dots and Threes!, for example, give you the freedom of holding on for safety and playing at the same time.

So it’s no surprise that the three NYU students of Twenty Percent Games would devise something compatible with a ride to edges of the MTA. Circle Stop is carnivalesque in its colorful execution and its unexpected difficulty. You need only to tap a rotating dot just over another set of colored dots. Think Whack-A-Mole or any field-goal kicking mini-game from Madden.

It only ramps up from there. You can grab it here for iOS and Android.
