Less than a week left for early bird registration to Two5six

You still have plenty of time to buy tickets for Kill Screen’s Two5six Conference in May, but why wait and pay full price when you can still save on the early bird special? This Saturday, April 18 will be the last day to register for the event at the discounted price.

As a three-day celebration of a life well-played, the Two5six will run May 15 to May 17, and include a film festival, a day of lively discussions, and a public arcade open to all. The marquee event, a day of dialogues bringing games into conversation with other aspects of culture, will bring together designers and industry leaders including like Randy HuntKatherine BidwellWillow MellbrattKara Stone, and more. Each dialogue pairs a member of the gaming community with someone of equal stature from an outside discipline. The results are often unexpected and always inspiring, leading Paola Antonelli, Senior Curator at MoMA to call Two5six the “Sundance of videogames.”

“Better three hours too soon than a minute too late,” explained Mr. Ford in Shakespeare’s The Merry Wives of Windsor. Once an opportunity is gone, it’s gone for good. Tickets for the event, including early bird registration, can be purchased here.
